Happy Valentines Day!!
Love is the most wonderful of all feelings in this world, so they say, I've yet to experience it. But it's Valentine's Day 2014 and what better way to express your love than by making your own Valentine's card using Stampin' Up! products.
The day of romance, Valentine's Day is named for a Christian martyr and dates back to the 5th century, but has origins in the Roman holiday Lupercalia.
Valentine's Day symbols that are used today include the heart-shaped outline, doves, the figure of winged Cupid and flowers, especially Roses.

Club SUM Workshop 4 February 2014: Sue's Card Projects
These are the cards, my friend and fellow demonstrator, Sue demonstrated in February when I was away on holidays up the coast.
The "Bee" card was pretty simply to put together, but the "Birthday" card was a lot more fiddly. I did adapt it
by putting the string banner across the top instead of sticking it to the
bottom front panel.

New Occasions Catalogue
Available from February to June, you can start ordering from the new Occasions catalogue now.
Here is a card I made for Chinese New Years which I sent to a friend. From the Happy Congratulations stamp set, I used the hanging lanterns to add some dimension to this card. The chinese character "Happy New Year" stamp is not SU, but one I have had for many years.
I'd like to wish all my readers and Stampin' Up! ladies a very Happy Chinese New Year and may you have wealth, health and good luck in this Year of the Horse! Kung Hei Fat Choy!
