In with the New, out with the Old

After a great deal of time and research, Stampin Up have revised the colour families and come up with a smart and contemporary new collection.

The changes will only come into effect here in Australia with the next Idea Book and Catalogue release in September 2010. The renovated Stampin Up colour families contain the most popular current colours, some brand new ones and they’re also bringing back the most popular recent InColors!

Here’s the NEW selection, available from September2010:
As well as some new colours, a few existing ones have changed families to bring together the most harmonious ones under the new scheme. And yes, sadly we have to say farewell to some of the current colours.

Here are the colours that will be retiring at the end of August 2010:

Inaugural Club SUM Workshop 12 May 2010

We held our first Club SUM last night. Five members attended, Sue, Leonie, Maria, Carol and Eileen.

We made two projects, using items from the Autumn-Winter Mini and the IB & C.
I just love the Cottage Wall DSP and matching Cottage Garden Stamp set.

I also made some flowers which I gave to each member as a thank you for attending. Made using sweet treat cups and "A Little Treat" stamp set.

Point Clare Markets

On Saturday 8 May 2010, I drove up to Point Clare, with a friend, Maria, to join my other friend, Sue and her sister, Leonie and her husband, Brad, run a card stall at the Fairhaven Markets.

We have combined our efforts and are selling our wares. Most of our cards are made using Stampin' Up products.
It was a lovely day and being the day before Mother's Day, there was a good turnout and we made a few sales out of our Mother's Day products.
The next market day is in August, so look out for it next time your in the area.
